To @Marta: In my opinion, it would be best to consult a family doctor who will order tests before a possible visit to a gastrologist. In this type of ailment, some specialists recommend studying the intestinal microflora. It is a fecal examination, often shipping - but it is expensive - the price is about 400 even up to 600 PLN. Therefore, before you take any further steps, it is worth consulting your family doctor.
Thank you for the tip. And do you think it is worth doing some laboratory tests yourself? Would I like to go to a possible visit with the results?

For @Marta: In healthy people, flaxseed should not aggravate constipation, and counteract it - especially if you drink 2-2.5 liters of water a day. Perhaps your ailment is not related to drinking seeds, but to the development of intestinal disease. In this case, it would be worth consulting a doctor who will recommend further diagnostics.
I have chronic constipation. I started drinking flaxseed in grains. Since then, constipation has become even more painful and vexing? Is it possible that flaxseed can exacerbate constipation? I drink about 2 - 2.5 liters of water per day?

Yes, you can drink a decoction of flaxseed at the time of taking an antibiotic. However, since flaxseed can impair the absorption of other drugs, a minimum of 2-hour interval should be made between these preparations.
