Can Puri Nasin damage the nose?

Can Purinasin damage the nose? I only have a dry nose, no runny nose and the pharmacist recommended it to me just for moisturizing. I have been using it for several days and I do not see any improvement, I am afraid that Purinasin may have surprised me. Does Purinasin have any substances that cause drug-induced rhinitis or something else to form?

Puri Nasin is a mild product in the form of an isotonic solution of sea water, which is also suitable for daily nasal hygiene, even in children. It does not contain ingredients that cause drug rhinitis. It contains glycerin, which has moisturizing properties. Most likely, due to these properties, it was proposed to you by a pharmacist in a situation where you reported symptoms of a dry nose. The only ingredient in Puri Nasin that can cause irritation in some people with long use is benzalkonium chloride - a preservative of the product. For your previous post, however, it follows that the symptoms are not dryness, but obstruction, stinging and nasal pain: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/74540/puri-nasin-czy-puri-nasin-pomoze-na-klucie-i-bol-nosa In a situation where self-medication does not bring results, and the ailments do not go away, and even intensify, it is advisable to contact a doctor.
