Can PuriNasin damage the nasal mucosa?
Can PuriNasin damage the nasal mucosa? Cause some side effects, e.g. swelling? I wanted to moisturize my nose, because such a preparation was recommended to me by a pharmacist, because I feel dryness, slight nasal congestion and worse sense of smell and taste. And I read that the preservative that is there can cause side effects ... I'm very afraid.

The amount of preservative contained in Purinasin is so negligible that it should not cause any of the side effects you have read about. Purinasin actually effectively moisturizes the inside of the nose and works well for most patients. I think that there is no reason to worry, the risk of side effects is negligible.
