I'm after my second stroke in a year. Can I take ASS 100 with Ramilich, HCT 12.5 and Atorvastatin?

According to current medical literature, there should be no adverse interactions between these preparations that are harmful to health or the effects of drugs. However, they can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. Please note that ASS contains acetylsalicylic acid, and high doses of this medicine (above 100mg) weaken the hypotensive effect of other medicines you are using. They may also exacerbate the symptoms of kidney failure. Please do not combine ASS with other medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid.
