At what intervals should metronidazole (3x1), diosmin and probiotic be used in succession?

At what intervals should metronidazole (3x1), diosmin and probiotic be used in succession? In general, how is it with this metronidazole and probiotic, because opinions are very different. To use or not? The drug was prescribed due to inflammation of the anus.

The use of diosmin during metronidazole therapy is not indicated. Diosmin may increase the concentration of metronidazole in the blood and increase its effect, thereby increasing the risk of side effects of this medicine. The best solution seems to be to give up diosmin for the duration of metronidazole therapy - unless the doctor has recommended otherwise.
