To the best of my knowledge, I do not know the relationship, nor the contraindications to this. Unless the tattoo is to be in the place where the blood will be taken, it is worth taking into account the possibility of, for example, a larger "bruise" under the skin (some people are more sensitive to this type of symptoms). If this is the first tattoo, then it is worth asking the tattoo artist about how to care for this place.
