If it's been 2 weeks since the last Duphaston tablet and menstruation still hasn't occurred, should I start a new pack?

If it's been 2 weeks since the last duphaston tablet and I still don't have my period despite the pain in my lower abdomen for a week, should I take one more pack that I have?

If you have not had your period despite using Duphaston, it is worth consulting your gynaecologist - you may need to increase the dose of the drug (from one to two tablets a day). However, since this is a prescription drug, the decision to change the dosage must be made by your doctor.

Usually, 10 mg or 20 mg of dydrogesterone per day is used to induce menstruation for 14 days of the second part of the assumed menstrual cycle.
