Is it normal that after two weeks of using Tetralysal and ointment, I still have a lot of pimples?

I have been taking Tetralysal for two weeks. For the first week I took 2 times a day, now once. I also lubricate my mouth with ointment prescribed by a dermatologist. So far, it does not help too much, in the sense of pimples are less inflamed, but there are still a lot of them. Is this normal or not?

Treatment of skin lesions on the face is a long-term process and you should be patient. Standard therapy with Tatralysal should last 12 weeks in acne vulgaris and 3 to 6 months in rosacea. Observing an improvement means that the implemented treatment is having an effect. The effects of the therapy can be assessed at the control visit.
