To @Kinga: Yes, Oftahist drops will be suitable in this case. This drug contains olopatadine - a substance with a strong antiallergic effect and is an effective remedy for use in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. I also attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-krople-do-oczu

Burning and pinching the eyes is not a typical side effect of using the cannabinoids CBD and CBG. However, since CBD and CBG oils are dietary supplements, there is no control of the side effects of these products - therefore, it is possible that the preparation you use may lead to this type of symptoms. This may be, for example, a symptom of allergy to the ingredients of the product. In this case, the use of the preparation should be discontinued, antiallergic treatment can also be implemented, e.g. with the use of oral agents: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/doustne-preparaty-na-alergie or topical use: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/krople-do-oczu-na-alergie If the symptoms do not disappear, you should consult a doctor.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
