Does one vomited pill affect the effectiveness of contraception?
Does one vomited tablet affect its effectiveness? After a week there was unprotected intercourse, is there a chance of pregnancy? I will add that the rest of the tablets are taken regularly, but there are spotting during the bite.

Yes, one vomited pill, after which no additional one was taken, affects the effectiveness of contraception. Both intercourse having 7 days before vomiting and 7 days after, may not be secured and there is a chance of pregnancy. Spotting that occurs indicates a decrease in the effectiveness of the drug after vomiting the tablet.
