According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Protevasc SR: "No interactions with other medicinal products have been identified. Clinical trials with trimetazidine have not shown pharmacokinetic interactions with any other medicinal products, even in elderly patients." Protevasc SR and Lokren can therefore be taken together, but only if they have been prescribed by one doctor, or if the prescribers of these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking, what additional conditions he suffers from and only in such a combination (order) as follows from these recommendations. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, it is necessary to consult them to determine whether these medicines can be used simultaneously. If so, your doctor may make other recommendations on how to use them. In the event that the drugs have been prescribed by one doctor, please follow the dosage regimen.
