To @Celka: Yes, you will fulfill such a prescription in any pharmacy. The prescription must contain a minimum range of data: - information about the patient: name or names of the patient, address of the patient; - information about the medicine: common name (international) or trade name, form, strength, quantity; - the date of issue of the prescription; - the particulars of the person issuing the prescription in the form of a print or stamp and the handwritten signature of the person issuing the prescription. If your German prescription has all the data required by our regulations, it can be used in a Polish pharmacy.
