For @Robert: Dexilant contains dexlansoprazole, which reduces the amount of acid secreted in the stomach. Thanks to this, m.in in the treatment of gastritis can be effective, because reducing the amount of acid in the stomach can help heal damage and alleviate the symptoms of the disease.
Is dexilant after treatment with helicobacter suitable for the treatment of gastritis??

I don't quite understand what you mean by 'easier'. If my answer is not satisfactory, please clarify. Both dexlansoprazole - the active substance of the drug Dexilant, and polprazole belong to the same therapeutic group - proton pump inhibitors, in connection with which the scheme of their withdrawal is similar. Discontinuation of the proton pump inhibitor after a longer course of treatment should be done gradually. First, the dose should be halved for a period of about 4-8 weeks. After this time, you may consider taking the drug every other day to finally completely discontinue it. You can also immediately discontinue this drug completely, using it only "on demand" when ailments arise. Alternatively, it is possible to use the replacement of PPIs with an H2 histamine receptor antagonist, e.g. famotidine.
