Good morning or eating one clove of time or adding some spice to the dish that contains it can have any effect on contraceptive pills?

Garlic (both fresh and in the form of a spice, dietary supplement or medicine) has no effect on contraceptive pills. When using hormonal contraception, you do not have to limit yourself nutritionally in any way.
