You can take hydroxyzine after using Therafl and Aspirin, however, it must be borne in mind that one of the components of Therafl - chlorpheniramine may intensify the side effects of hydroxyzine, such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, hot flashes, reduced sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramps, constipation, irregular heartbeat, confusion and memory problems.
