Is the dosage of Dymista and Nasonex recommended to me safe?

The ENT found me to have an obstruction of the auditory tube and swelling of the nose. I got Clartine duo x2, smoky 2xdz and nasonex 2xdz. I wonder if not too much of this steroid for the nose, is it the widespread use of such doses for this ailment?

The dosage of steroid preparations is determined by the doctor on the basis of m.in patient's medical history. The maximum recommended dosage of nasal steroids for Nasonex (the dosage described for the treatment of polyps in the nose) is 2 doses 2 times a day in each nostril: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/51631/nasonex-aerozol/ulotka/192406 However, for Dymista it is recommended to use 1 dose in each nostril 2 times a day: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25771/dymista-aerozol/ulotka/171633 However, the dosage is not described with the simultaneous use of two different steroid preparations for the nose. The recommended dosage of individual preparations does not exceed their maximum doses. If your doctor has prescribed both medicines, they should be used in a manner strictly determined by your doctor and at intervals specified by him.
