Good morning if I can instead of the drug nebilet give propanalol or I have to stop slowly nabilet and after discontinuation slowly give propranazole

Propranolol and Nebilet are not equivalents, so they cannot be taken interchangeably. If your doctor has advised you to stop nebilet and switch to Propranolol (I understand that this preparation is meant, because there is no drug called "propranazole"), then please do it in a configuration consistent with the recommendations received.
