In the case of Zineryt, the manufacturer of the drug does not declare that at the beginning of the therapy there may be a deterioration in the condition of the skin - he even recommends contacting a doctor in such a situation. As for Soolantra, some patients may experience worsening of symptoms at the beginning of treatment, but this is not common and usually resolves within the first week of treatment. If your symptoms get worse, tell your doctor. Therefore, if the described problems do not disappear within a week, you should consult your doctor.
