Can I take the following medications together?

Hi I take in the morning dexilant euthyrox metformax then symle oritop famogast prokit vestibo diohespan at noon metformax and prokit and in the evening zahron oritop symle metformax prokit famofast and vestibo or any of these drugs weaken others, I have insulin resistance, erosion zoladka, hypothyroidism and epilepsy vestibo I have turned on due to dizziness

There are some interactions between some of the drugs mentioned in the question. When combined in the therapy of Oritol and Metformax, there is a risk of an increase in the concentration of metformin in the blood (by 25%) and an increase in its side effects (lactic acidosis). In general, these interactions are not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. The number and severity of side effects is determined by the individual sensitivity of the patient, the dose and the combination of drugs. However, it is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances.
