Urosept and Furagina are medicines with different compositions and modes of action - the only thing they have in common is that they are intended for use in the case of urinary tract infections.
Furagina is a synthetic drug that inhibits the growth of bacteria responsible for lower urinary tract infections. Over-the-counter preparations with furagin are available in pharmacies.
I am attaching links to websites where you can compare the prices of medicines with furagin in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:

Urosept, on the other hand, is a complex herbal remedy (contains, m.in, extract of birch leaves, parsley root, bean pericarp, lingonberry leaves, chamomile herb) with a mild diuretic effect. Therefore, it can be used as an adjunct in the treatment of urinary tract infections and urolithiasis. In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź or Białystok, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:

For @Magda: It is usually not recommended to combine these preparations, since when used together they may show a weakened effect. At the beginning of the treatment, it is worth choosing one of the drugs and in the absence of effects after the treatment, use the other.
Is it possible to take furagine and urosept together?

No, Urosept and Furagina are drugs of different composition and mode of action. What they have in common is that they are used in case of problems with the urinary tract. Furazidine (a component of Furagin) is a chemical compound, a derivative of nitrofuran, that inhibits the growth of bacteria responsible for lower urinary tract infections. Urosept is a complex herbal medicine (it contains, m.in, an extract of birch leaves, parsley root, bean fruit, lingonberry leaves, chamomile herb), traditionally used to induce a mild diuretic effect. It has an auxiliary significance in urinary tract infections and urolithiasis.
