Do sodas reduce the effectiveness of contraception?
I heard that contraceptive pills can not be washed down with carbonated drinks, but does it mean that when taking pills you can not drink carbonated drinks because it reduces the effectiveness?

Taking birth control pills, you can drink carbonated drinks. They do not reduce the effectiveness of contraception. The rule is that all medicines are washed down at the time of taking water.
