Usually it is 6 working days. The Regulation on dispensing medicines and medical devices from a pharmacy in § 5 section 1 point 3 states that the refusal to dispense a medicinal product may (but does not have to) take place if at least 6 days have elapsed since the preparation of the prescription drug. It is best to set the date of receipt of the drug with a pharmacy employee when you leave a prescription for the drug being made.
