As part of prophylaxis, it is not recommended to use additional preparations, but rather to introduce a diet rich in fiber, drink plenty of fluids (min. 2l a day), regular exercise (e.g. a 30-minute walk every day) and avoiding too long sitting on the toilet. Can I take Hemorol when I have no ailments only prophylactically? Or maybe some ointment would be better for prevention?
