Is there a chance of pregnancy if I regularly take OC-35 contraceptive pills?

Since September 2021, I have been taking OC-35 contraceptive pills. Always at a fixed time. I never forgot the pill, I never took it 2 hours later or three. On Sundays I had sex, the boy calmly came to me, the same yesterday. And since yesterday, I have a 7-day break. Is there any chance of pregnancy? I never forgot about medication. I have some great fear that I did something wrong

If you use OC-35 tablets correctly - and this is what the entry shows, then you should not be afraid of pregnancy. Properly taken contraceptive pills are a very effective contraceptive method - I mean not only not skipping pills, but also taking them regularly - at fixed intervals. Although it is not a 100% effective method, the probability of pregnancy is very low and many couples do not opt for additional methods of pregnancy prevention if the partner takes contraception correctly. However, there are occasional unplanned pregnancies - this is more likely if a woman does not use the pills correctly, e.g. she takes them irregularly or skips them, or if there are factors that reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
