How do I take Ispagul with Debretin?
The gastrologist wrote me Down Debretin, told me to take 15 minutes before meals. I forgot to ask how to take Ispagul if I take it in the morning and evening 30 minutes before meals?

Ispagul should be taken so as to maintain at least a 1-hour interval from the rest of the medications and supplements you are taking (in this case, Debretin).
