Is it possible to combine Xarelto and Polfilin Prolongatum?

Combining Xarelto and Polfilin prolongatum increases the risk of bleeding. If the use of such a combination is absolutely necessary, you should observe your body, and in the event of even mild symptoms of hemorrhagic diathesis (e.g. not too intense bleeding from the nose, tendency to the formation of subcutaneous hemorrhages, or "bruises") - consult a doctor.
