Yes, you can combine Mensil with the drugs Bisocard, Lecalpin and Tertensif SR. There was no interaction between the components of the drugs Lecalpin (lercanidipine), Bisocard (bisoprolol), Tertensif SR (indapamide) and sildenafil - the active substance of Mensil. In clinical trials in patients taking sildenafil treated with calcium blockers (lercanidipine), beta-blockers (bisoprolol) and diuretics (indapamide), no increase in sildenafil adverse reactions was observed compared to patients taking placebo. In an interaction study - with the simultaneous use of sildenafil 100 mg and calcium blockers in hypertensive patients - an additional reduction in systolic blood pressure, measured at the supine position, by 8 mmHg was found. The reduction in diastolic pressure (in the supine position) was 7 mmHg. These values were similar to those observed when sildenafil alone was administered to healthy volunteers. This drug causes a slight and transient decrease in blood pressure, but in most cases it is not clinically relevant. If hypertension is properly controlled with medications, the doses of sildenafil recommended by the manufacturer are not exceeded and you do not have other cardiovascular diseases, such as: unstable ischemic heart disease, uncontrolled and malignant hypertension, circulatory failure, recent myocardial infarction (up to 2 weeks), ventricular arrhythmias, severe valvular defects, cardiomyopathy or recent stroke, the use of the drug Mensil with the listed preparations is not contraindicated.
