According to the Safety Data Sheet - Beto ZK should be taken once a day, in the morning during breakfast. When it comes to Rytmonorm, the dose is determined individually. This should be done under cardiac supervision, including ECG monitoring and multiple blood pressure measurements (dose-setting phase). Both drugs intensify their antiarrhythmic, cardiodepressive and hypotensive effects. This combination of these medicines may be therapeutically beneficial, but the patient should be closely monitored for signs of side effects during the use of the combination. The rhythmorm can reduce the liver metabolism of Beto ZK, which will increase its concentration in the blood by 3-5 times. Administering Beto ZK and Rhythmorm at the same time can intensify this effect. If I understood correctly, Beto ZK should be served in the morning, and Rytmonorm in the evening? That's what I would recommend. Maintaining a time interval will be safer for the patient.
