Can taking Trittico, Existent, Xanax SR and the hypertension drug Dipperam in parallel trigger interactions?

I take: - Trittico 75mg for the night - Exist 75 during the day - xanax sr occasionally I just got the hypertension drug dipperam 160 Can it trigger an interaction? The discharge doctor did not care about the question

There are certain interactions between the medicinal products mentioned in the question. This combination may increase the hypotensive effect of Dipperam.
