Good morning, I use Vibin contraception. In the previous blister, I omitted the placebo tablets (not because I forgot about one of the active pills before, but because I wanted to move the tailoring). Do I have to take the whole blister to the end this month along with seven placebo tablets, or can I shorten the bleeding by a few days by taking a few of the 7 placebo tablets?

Reduction in the effectiveness and assimilation of the tablet occurs either in the case of vomiting or diarrhea occurring up to 4 hours after taking the active tablet. Then the recommended course of action is to take another of the active tablets. Either way - the scheme remains the same, i.e. active tablets are used and then placebo tablets.
And if I'm not sure if the last pill has absorbed well?

If necessary, it means in a situation that requires it and is understood as a one-time situation that does not happen again often. At the moment when you omitted the placebo tablet break in the previous cycle, in my opinion you should not disturb the standard tablet regimen in the next cycle by shortening the placebo break. The more such situations, the more often there is dysregulation of the entire cycle and mid-cycle spotting. It is not without reason that the tablets have been designed in such a way as to be used in a scheme of 21 active tablets plus a break for bleeding (7 days). Please use them as directed, at fixed times each day.
In the leaflet it is written that if necessary, the break can be shortened. Why, then, shouldn't this be done?

Please use the tablets as recommended by the manufacturer, with a full 7-day break for placebo tablets and do not reduce this time by several days.
