I suppose you are referring to the drugs Neosine or Gropronosin. The active substance of these drugs is inosine pranobex (inosine pranobex) and such an active ingredient should be asked in German pharmacies. To the best of my knowledge, the only inosine-containing product on the German market is Delimmun - the preparation has a "prescription" availability category: https://www.inderapotheke.de/produkte/62836/delimmun-tabletten-tabletten/apotheken
