Hello. After Propranol WZF prescribed to reduce anxiety, is it possible to suffer from insomnia and agitation during the day while being exhausted (at a dose of 3x10mg)? Is it possible to use drugs that facilitate falling asleep at the same time? When can such a medicine be taken if the last dose of Propranol is taken at 9 p.m.?

Sleep disturbances are commonly observed in patients taking propranolol - less than 1 in 10 patients and at the same time more than 1 in 100 patients taking the drug. Among the side effects of propranolol, however, excitation during the day is not mentioned. You can safely reach for one of the herbal medicinal products that facilitate falling asleep, e.g. Valused Noc Plus: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97369/valused-noc-plus-tabletki-powlekane/apteki It is not necessary to keep the time interval between taking this plant medicine and propranolol. Herbal medicines to help you fall asleep are usually taken an hour or half an hour before bedtime. Please note that in the absence of improvement after 2 weeks of using over-the-counter sleep aids, a visit to the doctor is necessary.
