Combination cold medicines such as Fervex or Theraflu should not be used together with medicines you use permanently, due to certain interactions. Concomitant use of cold medicines with Frsium may have an additional depressive effect on the CNS (e.g. sedation, somnolence). Disorders of psychomotor fitness and drowsiness have been reported. I enclose a description of the preparation that you are taking: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/31320/frisium-10-tabletki/ulotka/13378 During the combined administration of complex cold drugs and Pramolan, there were cases of a large increase in blood pressure, increased arrhythmia, mydriasis, tremor, palpitations, dry skin and mucous membranes, hyperthermia, paralysis of intestinal peristalsis and urinary retention. I enclose a description of the preparation you are taking: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63423/pramolan-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/214967 Therefore, if you observe this type of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on further proceedings on this basis.
