What can I use for a runny nose during treatment with Elicea?

Hello, I take 2 tablets a day elicea. I got a runny nose what can I take so that it does not interfere with Elicea?

For a runny nose, nasal sprays containing substances such as xylometaozline or oxymetazoline can be used, which reduce congestion and swelling of the nasal mucosa and the amount of secretion (eg Xylorin, Xylogel, Sudafed, Otrivin). These preparations have a local effect and can penetrate the systemic circulation to a very small extent, so that they do not interact with Elicea. It should be remembered not to use such preparations for more than 5 days, since long-term use dries the mucosa and can lead to an aggravation of the runny nose after discontinuation.
