Hello, I am 42 years old. From December 2021, I switched from Dionelle tablets to Cerazette. Unfortunately, there was a strong acne on my face and back. For 14 years I was on two-ingredient pills and I did not have any skin problems. Previously, yes. Two-component tablets were also prescribed because he suffers from endometriosis. Cerazette was prescribed to me because of my age. Did this drug make tradzik worse? Are there any other pills that would help me improve my complexion?

Acne is a possible side effect of Cerazette tablets - it can appear no more than 1 in 10 women. If you associate the appearance of skin lesions closely with the moment of starting therapy with Cerazette, it seems likely that you belong to the group of patients in whom such a side effect has occurred. In this case, the use of specialized care or supplementation may be insufficient if the cause of the problems is not removed. If the gynecologist thinks that in your case the use of two-component contraception is contraindicated, then the alternative can only be other one-component drugs (e.g. tablets with drospirenone, intrauterine systems) or contraception without hormones (copper spiral, condoms). If you would like to try to use some products to relieve acne topically, you will find hints in the following studies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-pozbyc-sie-tradziku-u-doroslych https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/tradzik You should talk to a gynecologist about noticed skin changes, especially if they are strong and unacceptable to you.
