Such a combination can be used, however, the reaction of the body should be observed. In the event of bleeding, e.g. nosebleeds, Sinupret should be discontinued. Available materials suggest that the herbs in Sinupret do not interact clinically with anticoagulants such as Pradaxa. Therefore, such a connection can be considered safe.
