It is not possible to assess in advance which preparation will not cause you a runny nose - any drug may cause side effects that cannot be estimated in advance. The active substance, which in clinical trials did not cause a runny nose in patients, is, for example, tadalafil already available in pharmacies without a prescription: - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/114413/tadalafil-maxon-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/252432 - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/114413/tadalafil-maxon-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-polsce

Stuffy nose and runny nose are symptoms of rhinitis, one of the side effects of Maxigra, which affects about 1 in 100 patients. Please note that side effects of medicines should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your loved ones, who may also need the same medicine one day. This step also allows you to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and update data on them. We wrote about how to do this here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
