Does Concor have less effect on lowering the pressure and more on lowering the pulse than Nebilet?

Hello, I have an accelerated pulse and pressure in the norm / slightly elevated. I took a nebilet but my pressure dropped to about 100/60 and the cardiologist changed my drug to concor. He said that concor is more for an accelerated pulse and nebilet more for hypertension. From what I read on the Internet, they have a similar effect. Does concor really have a little less effect on lowering the pressure and more on lowering the pulse than nebilet? Best regards

Nebilet (nebivolol) is a beta-blocker of the III (latest) generation, additionally with vasodilating properties. This is the most selective drug available from the group of beta-blockers. Nebilet also exerts an antioxidant effect, which can generate additional vasodilating effects. Nebilet will have a more beneficial effect on the so-called central blood pressure. Concor (bisoprolol) reduces heart rate much more effectively and quickly, because it is devoid of vascular effects, like Nebilet. It is also more often and more widely used in arrhythmias and in the control of heart rate, for example in atrial fibrillation. Among beta-blocker portfolios, bisoprolol has enjoyed unflagging popularity in Poland for many years.
