Alvesco should be used exactly as your doctor has told you. The doctor should assess the appropriateness of further use of the drug. In your case (m.in it is not known for how long you stopped using the drug, what indications were for the use of the preparation) I encourage you to speed up the consultation with your doctor. In the event that it is impossible to contact a specialist doctor, I encourage you to consult a general practitioner. It is also possible to take advantage of telephone medical advice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/jak-telefoniczne-otrzymac-recepte-i-zwolnienie-lekarskie So far, no reflux has been found after Alvesco 160. Side effects of the preparation include, m.in hoarseness, burning or inflammation of the mouth and throat. This is not related to gastroesophageal reflux: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/4039/alvesco-160-aerozol/ulotka/109596 If you believe that reflux is an adverse reaction of Alvesco, I encourage you to consult your doctor. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
