How to use globules if spotting persists?

I caught an intimate infection, I managed to take one globule for the night on Friday, on Saturday (05.02) I got withdrawal bleeding (Jeanine) so I have to finish the globules after menstruation. However, from this cycle I start taking Slinde and I know that there may be spotting with these pills, so how to use globules if spotting persists?

The general rule is that vaginal medication should be applied outside of menstruation time, because the outflowing blood also flushes out the components of the drug and the therapy is less effective or ineffective. Indeed, it is difficult to predict what bleeding profile you will have during treatment with Slinda. The only thing that can be advised in this situation is to resume globule therapy after the bleeding has subsided. Small, scanty spotting does not have to be an obstacle to the use of the drug. If there is a strong bleeding and you will not be able to carry out treatment, then I suggest contacting a gynecologist - in this case, perhaps, general treatment (a drug for oral use) will be more justified. Switching from Jeanine to Slinde, the most recommended was not to take a break: "Taking Slinda should be started the day after taking the last active pill (the last pill containing active substances) of the previously used contraceptive." You can still start taking Slinda, but "no later than the day after the usual break from taking the pills (...). In these cases, an additional mechanical contraceptive method should be used for the first 7 days of taking Slinda": https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101505/slinda-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/251344 I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/infekcje-intymne-jak-sobie-poradzic
