Can Novynette contraception be used together with Ircolon, Multilac and reflux medicines such as Alugastrin, PPIs and amol and Espumisan for flatulence? Please let me know

Yes, you can use Novynette together with the medicines you mentioned. Please do not take all the preparations at once, but take care of maintaining an appropriate time interval between them (2-3h).
