No, such a combination is not advisable. The use of Diclo Duo during methotrexate therapy (e.g. Namaxir) increases the level of methotrexate in the blood, which increases the risk of its toxic effects. This combination may exacerbate side effects such as aplastic anemia, kidney or liver damage. Therefore, if it is necessary to use analgesics, paracetamol will be a safe alternative in this case.
