Good morning. He uses these drugs together. Sulpiride teva, helicyclide (IPP) and aciprex. How to separate them so that they do not interact with each other? PPIs should be used on an empty stomach, whether I can later use sulpiride and aciprex or should I start with these drugs and then PPIs. The doctor didn't explain it to me. I've heard that sulpiride from PPIs interacts and I don't know how to break down these drugs now. Best regards

Sulpiride Teva, Aciprex and Helicid can only be used together if they have been recommended by one doctor or if the doctor knew about their use. Helicide reduces the absorption of Sulpiride. Sulpiride should be taken at least 2 hours before taking Helicid. Sulpiride should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Helicid can be taken on an empty stomach or with food: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34578/helicid-20-kapsulki/ulotka/96138 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/75407/sulpiryd-teva-kapsulki/ulotka/18738 However, the combined use of Helicid and Aciprex may increase the levels of Aciprex in the blood, which may increase the risk of side effects. Aciprex can be used with or without food: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1823/aciprex-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/201404 The combined use of Sulpririd and Aciprex increases the risk of m.in arrhythmias. I encourage you to write an hourly scheme, corresponding to your needs, to use individual drugs according to the above tips. The recommended intervals between individual drugs should be at least 2 hours. We wrote about combining drugs with each other or with meals in the articles: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-laczyc-leki-z-jedzeniem
