Good morning. I have been prescribed by a doctor for pronasal for a 4 year old. One dose to each nostril in the morning and evening. She gives him a week of time. My problem is that I did not read on the bottle, that you need to shake gently before giving this medicine and I gave it to the child without shaking the bottle. Won't that hurt the baby? And are the dosages adequate when not shaking the bottle?

No, it won't hurt your child if you haven't shaken your bottle of Pronasal. Shaking the bottle allows the active substance to be evenly distributed, so it cannot be excluded that this affects the dose. At the moment, you will not do anything - you can only do the right thing in the further treatment. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-krople-do-nosa
