Should I continue to inhale the baby Nebu-Dose Hypertonic?

Good morning, a 4-year-old child got a cough and runny nose clemastinum and inhalations with nebu dose hypertonic. Now the daughter from this cough got such a rather dry that often tires her at night during sleep and is very big as she gets up. Is it then possible to inhale further nebu dose hypertonic?

Nebu Dose Hipertonic is a preparation of hypertonic salt (with a concentration higher than physiological), which is helpful in liquefying and expectoration of secretions. If you think that the child's condition has changed, but the ailments such as cough have not subsided, this should prompt you to contact your pediatrician. Perhaps other drugs are needed at this stage, since there is no longer residual secretion that would need to be diluted. If you are not sure what the nature of the cough is, then you may need an auscultation test of the child. I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-wykonac-inhalacje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/kaszel-u-dziecka About the properties of different salt concentrations (on the example of nasal products) you can listen to on our recording:
