The listed drugs differ in composition and content of vitamins. In the Polish drug I find only milgamma 100, which contains 100 mg of benfotiamine and 100 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride in one dragee: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/49118/milgamma-100-drazetki/ulotka/83939 and milgamma N in the form of injections, where each ampoule contains 100 mg of thiamine hydrochloride, 100 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 1 mg of cyanocobalamin and 20 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride. Milgamma 300 (300 mg of benfotiamine and 100 mg and pyridoxine hydrochloride) and Milgamma Mono 300 (benfotiamine 300 mg alone) are presumably available on the German market: https://www.inderapotheke.de/produkte/82786/milgamma-300-mg-filmtabletten-filmtabletten/apotheken https://www.inderapotheke.de/produkte/105666/milgamma-mono-300-filmtabletten-filmtabletten/apotheken Milgamma Mono 300 therefore contains more benfotiamine than Milgamma 100, but does not contain pyridoxine hydrochloride.
