Was I protected during this change?

Good morning. I got Orifique tablets from the doctor, I took them for less than 2 weeks, because I had a lot of side effects that reduced the effectiveness of these tablets. The doctor gave me a prescription for a disc that I put on after the placebo pills. Taking 12 active tablets and then 13 days I started taking a placebo and after the placebo tablets I put a disc, or was I protected during this change? There was a rapprochement with my fiancé, which consisted of rubbing organs.

No, Vagical gel should not reduce the effectiveness of the disc.

And can Vagical gel purchased at the pharmacy for irritation on the outside of the vagina reduce the effectiveness of the disc? The gel is quite dense, but when I apply it to the vagina it gets more watery so it is possible that it could get inside

If the protection were reduced, you would receive such information from us in previous posts.

And the fact that I took active pills only 12 days and after them placebo did not reduce this protection? I'm just worried that maybe it was too short a time to use active pills or 12 days and that it could reduce the effectiveness

Yes, the protection was still maintained, because the period of taking placebo tablets (or a 7-day break during the use of the disc) can be freely shortened without losing the effectiveness of the drug.

I was reminded that I did not take 7 placebo tablets then only on the 6th day of placebo tablets I put the disc in. Could that one day have reduced the effectiveness? I took 12 tablets active for 12 days, on the 13th day of placebo and used them for 6 days. On day 6 of the placebo tablet, I put the puck instead of day 7. Protection still preserved?

Thank you very much 💗

In that case, after changing the tablets to the disc, you were protected.

The first day of my real cycle

And on what day of the cycle did you take the first Active Tablet of Orlifique?

I took 12 active tablets, that is, I used them for 12 days. On the 13th day, I started the first placebo tablet. I had to stop them so the doctor recommended that I quickly take a break for bleeding and change contraception. After a week of using the placebo tablets, I inserted a disc. Was I protected?

I do not understand one piece of information in your post: "taking 12 active tablets and then 13 days I started taking a placebo" - did you take 12 active tablets and 13 placebos?
