Good morning. I choked on the Vines contraceptive pill. She fell out of my throat to the floor, slightly let go of the color, I took it and swallowed it again. Will the tablet work properly?

Yes, the tablet should work properly - if it slightly let go of the color, then this was due to the gentle dissolution of the drug envelope, and not the loss of the active substance. There is no need to worry.
