Can the tachycardia attack that occurred after taking Monural be repeated?

Hello. Yesterday I took Monural. After half an hour there was an attack of tachykardi. I had to call an ambulance. It stopped after the medication it lasted 3 hours. My question is whether this can be repeated? I try to flush Monural with water from the body.

The effect of Monural lasts for several days. An attack of tachycardia probably should not have occurred anymore, but I cannot fully guarantee it - as I mentioned - the drug works for a long time and various side effects may appear. Please note that side effects of medicines should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your loved ones, who may also need the same medicine one day. This step also allows you to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and update data on them. We wrote about how to do this here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
