Hello! I was diagnosed with yersinia infection. I have been taking 2 x a day Cipronex 500 mg for 3 days, however, the subfebrile state still persists. When should you see the first effects of antibiotic treatment? Is it possible, then, that the subfebrile state is caused by another factor? Best regards

The first effects of treatment should appear after 2-3 days of using Cipronex. If you continue to use Cipronex and continue to have a subfebrile condition, I encourage you to consult your doctor. It may be necessary to modify the prescribed pharmacotherapy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/17917/cipronex-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/131353 The persistence of the subfebrile state may be the result of, for example, another infection.
